Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Nextdaysite for web engineering, digital consulting, or software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Statement of Work (SOW) contracts.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of agreed milestone fees, all custom source code, design assets, and proprietary platform deliverables are transferred to the client, subject to standard third-party open source licenses.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Managed hosting, maintenance, and 24/7 technical support services are governed by explicit SLA addendums outlining response times, backup schedules, and uptime guarantees.
